History

Marketing-Austria was founded in 1996 by Eva-Simone Perauer and Andreas S. Blaha. The company originated out of Perauer-PR which was founded in 1995 by Eva-Simone Perauer and operated mainly in the area of public relations, direct marketing and brand oriented communication.

The calls.at brand was initiated back in 1996 and has been run by Perauer & Partner ever since. Specialization in international telephone marketing and appointments scheduling in the technical and EDP area then followed.

calls.at was one of the first and largest company-independent call centers in Austria. From the very start it was possible to carry out outbound active telephone marketing in more than 20 languages even though quality relevant inbound passive telephone marketing was also being performed.

From very early on, Marketing-Austria endeavored to cover as many marketing areas as possible, which led to the foundation of agnwsv.com OHG (EDP services in operation today as the ISP-Austria and Romlutions brands) and tshirts.at OHG (promotion and textile advertising), which were launched on the market as independent companies.

The extension of activities into the product sampling area then led to the foundation of the Sampling.at brand (product sampling).

In 2003, as part of a corporate consolidation process, all companies and brands belonging to Perauer & Partner were sold to the Marketing-Austria Kft. based in Budapest/Hungary, which operates in Hungary.

The Marketing-Austria Kft. is under sole ownership of the founders of Perauer & Partner - Eva-Simone Perauer and Andreas S. Blaha and was founded by them. Both associates are Managing Directors of the company.

Marketing-Austria GesmbH & Co KG based in Vienna/Austria and operating in Austria is a subsidiary of Marketing-Austria Kft. and shares equal proportionality of possession and power of disposal. Additionally in 2003 Producing-Austria (agency for the production of print products and processing of individual data) and Public-Relations-Austria (agency for public relations) were disincorporated as independent business fields.

On the grounds of increasing business activities in Eastern Europe, the Marketing-Austria S.R.L. based in Bucharest/Romania was founded in 2005 as the new headquarter of Marketing-Austria.

In spring 2006 the language school Sisi Lang was founded in Bucharest/Romania by the Marketing-Austria S.R.L.

Since 2007 Marketing-Austria is a proud founder member of the Casa Austria Business Network (established as Casa Austria S.R.L.) based in Bucharest/Romania.

From early on, Marketing-Austria donates a percentage of profits to charities.
